Medicine ball of death
I have always just done my ab workouts to this stupid video (not telling) and didnt realize the workout i wasnt getting. i decided to change things up. So i bought a medicine ball and an ab sculpting book. did my first workout on sunday. i thought "geez that wasnt too hard." then monday came and i thought i was going to die. we always goof off at work and everytime i had to laugh i thoght i was gonna cry. anyway, i have decided not to do abs every day and try it every other day once i get used to this evil little ball. ps. this is my first post, hope it isnt screwed up.

haha i know what you mean! i hate abs! but there what the oppisite sex wants so just do work!

Abs should be done only about 3x a week…more is just asking for trouble…especiallluy on a ball…to make them show you need to reduce bodyfat..for soemthis is easy..for others it is much harder…myself I prefer a shapely tush and legs over abs on a woman. Timbo
