Interesting that eggs aren't listed, and that you're doing THREE meals.  I've read a lot about egg protein and six meals being the way to go.  

Just to encourage, from another post of yours, you're anything BUT  a skinny whimp.  Guess we're our own worse enemy, eh?</description>
