CHANGE OF DIRECTION
Friday, August 29th, 2008This week I’ve begun to use a different type of workout. I’m hitting a lot of volume with very little rest…at least compared to my past several years of powerlifting workouts!
I’m feeling sore muscles again, which is great, and even had a tough upper body workout early in the week that had me yacking in the bathroom! I’m currently hitting three sets of 15 focusing on control and contraction with light weights…tough for me to use light weights…feels "wierd". Shoulders are hurting bad, so this workout might be just what the doctor ordered! Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!!!
