I just got back from a 30 minute cardio session on the good old treadmill. I broke it up like this
3 minute walk then light stretching
1minute walk and 3 minute run (7.0) back to back and repeat that six times
and then a 3 minute walk cool down. I really like breaking down the workout like this to keep it "interesting". I think i have shin splints in my left shin which is killing me, but im icing right now and hopefully it wont be too bad within the next couple of days. Got my Wednesday workout tomorrow and im excited as hell for that.
