					<description>Below the belly button is my problem area too - body fat burns off this area for me slower than any other.  Sorry I don't have any hints or tips, all I can say is keep going with some HIIT cardio after lifting and, so I've been told, in time that stubborn fat will go.  Patience is one of the basic requirements of successful bodybuilding!</description>
