Cardio anyone??
so I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard the past month and I am seeing some great changes… except for one area, right below the belly button there is this annoying piece of fat…. really making it hard for the lower abs to bust through.
I am trying to put on mass and therefore I am eating everything (very clean mind you), but everything I can get my hands on. I am sure some intense cardio is the answer here to strip away the remaining fat, but I don’t want to risk losing any weight or muscle mass.
Does anyone out there have any hints, tips, ideas, how to shed that last little bit.

Below the belly button is my problem area too - body fat burns off this area for me slower than any other. Sorry I don’t have any hints or tips, all I can say is keep going with some HIIT cardio after lifting and, so I’ve been told, in time that stubborn fat will go. Patience is one of the basic requirements of successful bodybuilding!

boxing would be one of the best for that because of all the twisting and hitting which will help hit that area
