Felt great today. My carb load meal last night was very tasty and made me feel so damn good today. Strength was up and so was endurance.
CHEST
Flat BB Press: 135x20, 185x15, 205x10, 225x10, 275x8, 295x5, 225x15, 185x10
Incline DB Press: 85x10, 90x10, 100x10
Flat DB Fly: 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x10
SHOULDERS
Hammer Strength Press: (per side) 100x8, 100x8, 110x6
Smith Behind Neck Press: 4 x 10 w/135
1 Arm DB Upright Row: 4x10 w/30,35,40,45
*after last set of upright rows i burned it out with DB side raises 1x20 w/20lbs
Felt like a million bucks. Felt big and pumped.. always a great feeling!
