After work I hit the gym. I drank my NO2 as I drove home to change, man that stuff is potent! lol Mixed my 8 scoops Xtend and 1 scoop EAA. Today was Chest and Tricep day. It wasnt much but I had a good time with it.
CHEST
Flat BB 275lbs 3 x 8
Incline DB 70, 80, 90 X 8
Incline fly 40lbs 3 x 8
TRICEPS
1 arm cable press down 80lbs 3 x 8
Lying 1 arm DB ext 27.5lbs 3 x 10
Close grip bench 135lbs 3 x 10
I felt great but had the most insane and painful pumps. My muscles felt like they were going to rip off the joints. Not sure what that was, maybe a response from my 2 week lay off…?
I have my diet ready, sent it to Derek for final approval and start it as soon as I hear back from the BEAST.
