Had the MRI done and nothing "bad" just a small tare in 2 places, it will heal in time so I have to take it easy for a month. Training resumes but no deadlifts or squats.
Managed to get a small tare in my back. Deadlifting is wonderful but make sure you come up with correct form or else. I am scheduled for an MRI this week to see how bad it is. Stuck i bed all week, no gym, no work, no diet.
