Rant on some of the things that frustrated me today at the gym…..

So today was my "Chest day". As i walk in to the gym i emediatly look at the bench section of the gym. To my surprise all the benches were taking up and being used.No problem i will wait till someone gets off. well there were two guys on one of the flat bench, pushing about 400+ lbs, Both would do a set then talk for about 5-6 min then do another set, then had the nerve to go leave the bench and start doing something else. So i ask them if they are done, and the said no….I assume since they are the bigger guys that they can run the gym and do what they please.So i wait to see if anyone else is going to leave, nope just alot of noobs talking and benching about 120lbs. So i say screw it and hit a flat bench and do my chest routine with dumbells. Which i know is still ok, but i am on a spacifc routine, and i need to be on the bench.

After i finish there, i go over and ofcourse wait to do crossovers and such, so as i patinetly wait for the guy to leave, a black dude comes up and tells they guy working out to move and starts working out, at this point i got pissed!!So i went to him and said, " yo , that was not cool, i  am waiting to use the cables to do crossovers, and i will let you work in if you want". So i finaly finish my workout and leave, feeling unsatisfied.

I think if people left there egos at the door, the gym environment would be much better!!!

On the other hand, i am making great progress in strength and size! Tomorrow is my last day doing OVT, and will post my stats, and see my progress.

Cardio, how much i love to hate it.

Just got back from doing some ab work and one hour of cardio….Not a big fan of cardio, i always feel like im not doing much, but the reason i do it is to keep my BF low while i am trying to gain lean mass! I do cardio on my off days, which of right now is Saturday and Sunday. When come time to start my cut, i will most likely add some sort of cardio at the end of my workout routine, and also HIIT during the weekends.

Thursdays gym time.

Worked the back today! Usaly since i have been doing OVT training, i have been doing back and chest on the same day, all exercises supersets. wheww never agin will i do chest and back on the same day, not only was i soo tired and sweating like a pig i could not finish my workout only got about 90% of it done. So now i do chest and back on separate days, thus making me workout 5 days a week now. No problem, i would rather do it this way.

My strength is increasing as well. I can now do 210lbs on lat pull downs(wide grip) 8-10 reps. Which is an achievement for me.

I honestly cant wait to see how much weight and size i have gained in 2 more weeks, when i measure and weigh myself. I know i have gained some weight and grew some mass.

Shoulders

I did shoulders today, they are burning right now! I am still continuing OVT, been really good thus far. I can tell i am getting stronger and more pumped. Will continue this for another week or 2, then go back to my traditional training to prepare for my cut in April.

I am also starting animal m-stak on wed.

Dedication

Being consistent and being dedicated in the Gym and eating habits,is the key to seeing the results you want.
dedication - the act of binding yourself (intellectually or emotionally) to a course of action.

When talking to some friends and or people i meet about working out , for some reason conversations tend to lead to," i have no time to workout", " i have tried everything, i just cant seem to get the results i want".

I tell them Being Dedicated and Consistent with there training and wanting it bad enough, well then in time see results.I then tell them, what is one hour out of your day to dedicate not only to your looks but to your health and well being?

I tend to start seeing more and more people i have talked to start going to the gym.I also am  supplying them with a wealth of knowledge and support to get them on a start to success with there health and a new body.
