Happy New Year to all. I have started the journey as of the 1st. Things are great. Workouts are good but cadio sucks but we all have that problem. Ill keep you posted.

I updated my weight and bodyfat. After seeing the doctor I was around 266 and had a bodyfat of 29%. I have been at the diet for about 2 weeks and on Monday I go back for a weigh in and bodyfat check. But either way the diet is going good and I feel better already. Thanksgiving hurt me but I feel unless you are going to compete in either bodybuilding or a sport around that time you should enjoy life with your family and friends. Ill post again soon…

Even though I am not ripped to the bone yet I still think outside or proper diet and a good workout everyone needs to go to the doctor for a yearly physical. Today I go to mine just for the blood work and all that comes with it. Take the time to see the doctor. Just because you feel good does not mean you are as good as you think!

Well once again I find myself getting ready for a body transformation comp. They are fun and I hope to see even better results…Last year from 277 at 37% bodyfat to 230 at 19%…Hoping to see these results this year after learing more about my body from last year…250 at 24% to about 200-215 around 11-9%. I hope I reach my goals….
