How I found my way here
Sunday, October 7th, 2007Turned 40 this year and decided I wanted to see 80 if the body/mind is willing…thought I better start preparing.
Decided it was time to finally shave my head and instictively knew I couldn’t be the fat bald guy, needed to be the Mr. Clean type bald guy…
Wanted to make my wife proud at her 20 year high school reunion…
Wanted to have a beach ready body for a week long vacation to San Diego in August…
Mostly mission accomplished, now its dropping to my college playing weight, always be confident in my physical appearance in any situation and setting an example for my two pre-teen boys…keeps the wife happy too.
