Reset goals - next 6 months
Thursday, September 27th, 2007I started my current program on Mar 19th 07 when I started at a new gym close to my office. My morning routine has been the same for a long time but I wasn’t getting the weight loss I was looking for after about a month so I started doing "two a days" and adding an afternoon session. The weight started to come down and I was motivated by finding this site and prepping for summer beach days. I’m now in the mindset to reset goals for the next 6 months and improve upon the gains I acheived over the summer. Would like to lose another 5-10 pounds by the new year and then focus more on lifting vs. cardio. Any suggestions on tweeking my rountine would be appreciated.
