Mixed progress report
Friday, October 9th, 2009The good news: Medical report from recent physical was great! Bad news: Weight is fluctuating 10 lbs. on a regular basis - tired of losing and gaining the same 10 lbs. I know that the eating is the biggest problem. Workouts still consistent at least 3-5 times per week. I haven’t actually set goals and planned meals over the last year or more. I think this will help and keep me more focused. Can’t give up and most definitely can’t go backwards. Would like to lose a few more sizes in clothing. As always, I’m motivated by the people on this site, especially those friends that help keep me on track regularly. Moving forward…!
