					<description>If you look at a lot of the truly huge guys, one of the things they all have in common is perfect form for their lifts (other than the last couple where muscle fatigue is setting in). It's better to use less weight and get the technique right, then to just throw up as much weight as you can.

It sounds like you are on the right track with concentrating on the target muscles, and you know that diet is the key to weight loss, so I'd say just keep doing what you're doing. I'm just confirming what you already knew.</description>
