Cardio everyday this week
Did cardio every day this week since Monday. Did some minimal lifting upper and lower,(heavy weight, but only 1 set of 8-12 reps) just to keep it going. The arm didn’t get any worse, but not better either. Eating has been okay. Some desserts have made their way on the plate, but not a whole lot. Weight has fluctuated up and down about 3 lbs. during the week. Got accustomed to the new scale and shouldn’t do it, but it’s there. Can’t stop…

I jump on my scale everyday, but I don’t really put a lot of stock in it until weigh in day. So don’t worry about that. And let the desserts go. Small steps will still get you to your destination. Keep moving forward.
