Cardio - detox week
Well, the cardio-detox week didn’t go exactly as planned. Got in a total of 3 extended (above 30 minutes) intensive cardio workouts. I think I’ll carry over into another week, as the arm strain is not totally gone. Did one lower workout also this week. It seems like the ab/midsection is actually getting larger (considering what I’ve been eating, not totally surprised). Weight has been steady, though, up and down during the week. I haven’t slept much overnight just praying and thinking that this has got to get better to tackle some health issues before moving into the next decade. I’m going to have a limited free day today in honor of Mother’s Day, and really begin to get a grip on weight loss, in particular. Hope next week’s report will be more favorable.
