					<description>I've found that my scale is not real reliable when it comes to the bodyfat %, but it is a good tool to gauge which way the bodyfat is going. If your scale is like mine, and if I understand the operation correctly, it actually uses an electrical impulse and essentially times how long it takes that pulse to get from one side of your body to another. The calculation though is based on certain presumptions about your bone mass based on height and your metabolism based on age. I find that my scale actually calculates higher than when I get tested through skin folds for some reason. But, have fun with it!</description>
