Lifting again
Friday, May 22nd, 2009I began doing some lifting again this week, along with cardio afterwards, for upper body only. The arm strain is better, but I have started over with lighter weight for now. Today is a lower day and intend to do cardio immediately after. Trying to avoid the scale for awhile, it’s going back and forth about 5 lbs or more each time. Not progressing as much as I think I should be, but still going to the gym as much as possible around working and family needs. The BS family of friends have been very motivational and encouraging; this is important as I try to continue the journey…
