Refocused…
An unusual knot on the back of my knee caused me to see the doc. BP was high, most likely the stress of the past few weeks with my best friend’s illness and passing, and missed meds. Weight was up also. So far, 2 days of clean(er) eating and added water intake. Still considering consulting a personal trainer for a meal plan geared toward weight loss. Still doing the BFL model for workouts. Got to get back to the progress I was making some time ago. Moving forward again…
