Lower day
Since being stalled so often in the last few weeks, I’m not sure what week of BFL I’m doing. My log file is on a hard drive that’s unavailble right now due to a computer malf. Anyway, Monday was a lower body workout day. On my last set of leg press reps, the machine was busy, so I went to the free weight leg press, which was loaded to 360 lbs (definitely not my usual); finished the last 12 reps at the weight. ‘Nuff said - did 50-min cardio this morning, but I am feeling it all! But, may do it again sometime…
