Cardio Day
Two days into this week and on target. Did HIIT cardio on treadmill, ab machine, elliptical and track walking. Monday was lower body and it went well. Motivated for Wednesday’s upper body workout. Monday’s nutrition was 90% okay - that’s the one that needs much work. Last week when traveling, I used the hotel pool to do some cardio; worked okay. Looks like that may happen again this week on the road again…

Great job! It’s especially good that you use the resources available to you wherever you are. The cardio in the pool was awesome because you got resistance as well as a cardio workout. Sounds like you are getting on top of the diet as well.
