It is what it is…
Good news is: workouts this week have been on target; eating has been better, but not totally clean. Went to doc for check-up, BP was great. Bought a cheap suit at a size smaller than usual - fit well. Bad news: gained 8 lbs - not sure if it’s muscle weight or not - most likely not, but some may be. So that means finding a weekly plan (from someone) that will promote weight loss. That’s difficult since I don’t like a lot of different foods. Any ideas accepted. Meanwhile, I am motivated by my friends on BS who continue to progress as well as encourage me. So, it is what it is…time to go forth and claim success.

Keep truckin’ away. ou’ll get to where you want to be. I think you’re doing really well. I think I have caught on to a decent meal schedule and habit, so PM me if you want to know what/how I eat. Keep at it bro!

I’m lovin’ this man. keep up the good work. and get yourself a digital skin caliper so you don’t have to worry about whether the weight you gain is lean. In fact, don’t rely too much on the scale if you’re seriously weight training.
