Back on it consistently…
This week was a good week! Made it to the gym everyday but one, had good workouts. This week will be a challenge due to job, but may do Monday’s workout today; play it by ear from there. Still getting stronger, getting comments and turn-around looks. All good, but got to get the focus back to living healthier and losing more weight. Always trying to stick to a better eating plan. Good for you, Bro. Glad to hear things are working out for you. I think the eating plan is always the hardest to commit to. Believe me I know. Take care.

Glad to see you had a good week. Scheduleing around work could be a problem. What I do is I workout in the gym from 6-8am and go boxing from 6-8pm so I am able to squeeze in two workouts everyday without affecting my work sked but then again it can’t be that easy for everyone else. I guess my work schedule is a bot more fixed and predicatble. Keep pumping bro!
