Little cardio

Was able to do some outside cardio on an unusually warm day Thursday. This week hasn’t been good for proper workouts due to work and location. Got back home and everything claimed my attention except getting to the gym.  Motivated to hit it hard on Monday… Thx to all the BS friends for keeping me motivated during the down time.

Slight setback

Woke up early today to do cardio, but in a place with only 2 treadmills - both were taken. Gotta go to work shortly.  I’ll hit it hard this weekend with leg workout and added cardio.  Eating right while out of town just didn’t happen…

Back on it consistently…

This week was a good week! Made it to the gym everyday but one, had good workouts. This week will be a challenge due to job, but may do Monday’s workout today; play it by ear from there. Still getting stronger, getting comments and turn-around looks.  All good, but got to get the focus back to living healthier and losing more weight.  Always trying to stick to a better eating plan. Got to get back to writing down workouts and food intake. So far so good this week on workouts since Sun.  Seem to be stronger since being out of the gym for 2 weeks; go figure. After some unseasonably warm weather, I just took off on Sun and went to the gym for cardio and lower body workout.  Legs are sore!  Felt good after being out for 2 weeks due to severe weather and illness. Thx for the encouragement and check-ins from my BS friends. U motivated me during the down time. Trying to get more consistent as my strength returns. On my way shortly…
