Update on w9,c4

Cold/flu is passing with rest, meds; still not back to normal.  Having workout withdrawals.  Ate less during the illness, hopefully lost a lb or two.  Thx for the encouragement and check-ins from my BS friends.  Hopefully back on it soon…

C9,wk 4 wondering…

Snowed and iced in with a bad cold and power outages. Gotta rest some; back on it soon.  Still wondering… Does the body get used to vitamins and supplements over a period of time, like it gets used to similar exercises over time?  I’ve been on a wal-mart brand vitamin, similar to GNC, but have been thinking about Opti-men (don’t like the 3 a day dosage).  Any thoughts from the experts on BS?

C9 - Wk 4

Saturday, January 24th, 2009

Mostly cardio this week; 2 lower body workouts and 1 arm workout. Did chest workout today and a few minutes of cardio. Did form of cardio everyday which is a change in routine.  Not a bad week - hope next week will be more regimented.

To BS members and friends: My best to all of you toward reaching your goals for 09! Thx for the motivation! Began taking Leptovox for weight loss (super foods extract).  If anyone has any experience with it, please share.  Got in 2 cardios and 1 super-workout this week (Week 3 workouts were shot down by work and weather; more work than weather.  Hope to do a couple of full-body and cardio between from now thru Monday.  MLK Day will be a day on for me instead of off).Next week is a hectic work-week, but in one location with a fitness ctr available & gym close by.

#9 Chall - Week 2

Happy New Year to all Bodyspace friends and members!  My best to you for reaching your goals in 2009! Thx for the support! Began taking Leptovox for weight loss (super foods extract).  If anyone has any experience with it, please share.  This week:  so far, so good.  Mon - lower body; legs are tore up and sore.  Tues - great cardio 50 mins hiit and walking, ab exercises. Gotta get the chocolate out of the house.  Good news: daughter is getting on the healthier thinking regimen (checking labels when selecting food, etc.); praying it continues…

Great workout week! Still got a holiday eating mentality, but that should be gone by the end of today. Back to work and a better eating plan on Monday.
