8 degrees/-1 wind chill!!
Lower workout day which really needs gym equipment to complete (can’t do bodyweight squats effectively). Weather is COLD for the usual a.m. workout! Hopefully, can get there later in the day after work. Planning to try to workout on alternate days, but do some cardio everyday. If this is not a good plan, somebody holla. Christmas is coming fast, gym will be closed for a couple of days, so I really need to double-up. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to the BS family and friends!
