# 9 - New Challenge!

Happy New Year to all Bodyspace friends and members!  My best to you for reaching your goals in 2009! Thx for the support!

New challenge for BFL began on 12-29-2008. Want to try to eat cleaner and do added cardio for this round in addition to the upper/lower body workouts on alternate days. Joined a bodygroup for added motivation.  Got to shine in 2009!

After Christmas special…

Too many leftovers!  Did go back to gym on 26th and on the way there shortly.  Eating plan has got to be re-established. Accepting any and all tips to success.  Determined to shine in 2009 with support, encouragement from BS friends and others!  Happy New Year!

Commitment improving

Didn’t brave the 8 degree/-1 wind chill on Monday, but did brave the freezing rain storm today - go figure.  Had a great lower body workout, abs and cardio.  Got to get one more double-up day before the gym being closed for Christmas. I don’t eat a lot of different foods, but if anyone on here knows of sample meal plans (around 2000-2500 cal per day) other than BFL, please share. This is the phase I’ve got to conquer to go along with the workouts.  Haven’t decided on the personal trainer aspect yet.  Merry Christmas to all and to all start working out again on Friday (lol).

8 degrees/-1 wind chill!!

Lower workout day which really needs gym equipment to complete (can’t do bodyweight squats effectively).  Weather is COLD for the usual a.m. workout! Hopefully, can get there later in the day after work.  Planning to try to workout on alternate days, but do some cardio everyday.  If this is not a good plan, somebody holla.  Christmas is coming fast, gym will be closed for a couple of days, so I really need to double-up.  Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to the BS family and friends!

Motivational workout

After getting on BS earlier this afternoon and "talking" with some BS friends and checking progress, I went to the gym and did a good workout!  Weather is becoming a concern, but maybe workouts will be a little more consistent, or can try to do more on days I get there. All my celebrations are in December, so eating clean is almost non-existent, but hopefully I can stay within a lower calorie intake on most days.  As always, thnx for the motivation and encouragement, BS!

Decision on supplements…

Tryna decide on taking DREN or Lipo 6.  Anyone with any experience on these supps, please drop me a line. Tried Atro-phex, but the negative side effects outweighed the purpose of taking it.
