Good week…
This was a good workout week. Not as much cardio. Back to the work grind next week; workouts will suffer some, but tryna stay consistent. The holiday eating? Well, not terrible, but not great. Leftovers! By Monday, I want some fish - no poultry and dressing. Been really motivated lately by all of the BS profiles, mottos, stories that tell about how it was, how it is, and how it’s going to be! Never put much thought in the "self-esteem" concept. Always thought mine was high or didn’t pay much attention. Reading the motivational stories has made me think. Self-esteem is much better since I began working out and seeing progress! BS members, thanks for the motivation!
