Put it off long enough
Guess I need to make a doctor visit. Severe headaches and body aches have not allowed me to workout for the past 2 days. Thought it was just overexertion from last week’s workout. Still going to work, but not as productive. Don’t like dr. visits. But since I like working out, guess I gotta do what needs to be done to get back to it, before it shuts me down for a longer time. Flu is common this season in this area, but don’t think that’s what it is. This week may be down for workouts, just gotta make sure that eating is controlled.
