Another decent nutrition day
Only messed up a few times over the course of the day (1 hot dog, 1/2 of a 1/2 square of choc cake - from daughter’s bd), 2 potato chips, 4 oatmeal cookies). Other than those, ate clean, healthy foods including fruits and vegetables, & 10 glasses of water. Didn’t do an a.m. workout today, but did get to gym in afternoon. It was a cardio day; did 40 minutes including some ab work, but didn’t seem as effective as usual. Hope to get to gym tomorrow a.m. and keep up eating better.

I find diet to be the toughest part of training myself. Keep making those small changes and pretty soon you’ll be eating clean all the time - but it’s certainly okay to have cake for your daughter’s birthday (maybe even more important than for your own, right?). Keep up the great work!

Thnx, dpaul, for the motivation! Trying to ramp it up. Today (so far) has been better.

Dont get too caught up in "oh no what did I just eat!’ your on on the right track and you a concious of the food you do consume no one can be perfect and what the heck you were at a B-day party you gotta have cake!
