Decent week
Got in some workouts and cardio this week, not very strenous. Today, worked on some upper body and abs, little cardio. My cousin, who’s fairly built and been working out for awhile gave me some tips. Actually, what he showed me was less that what I usually do, but I let him go ahead and show me anyway (lol). 2 cardios and a free day coming! B-spacers - have a great weekend!
