New challenge!
Got in a cardio session on Sunday to relieve a home stress situation. Felt good. Really want this next challenge to show more progress with weight loss. That includes better eating habits along with the training sessions. Knowing the holidays are in the next challenge will be challenging itself, but I plan to make a difference… The support from others on this site is much appreciated! Starting back my own challenge…. I know how important the support is and is needed.
You;ll be great….. my advice is just take each day as it comes - start each day fresh and write your goals down. I have my weekly menu, weekly training program, weeks to g check list and weekly schedule plastered on the fridge…..Plus heaps of motivational pictures on the fridge and in mt diary and on my mirror. It really does help
