Does anyone know of a non-stimulant fat burner or does one exist. I’ve tried Atro-Phex and some others, but have had some side effects, especially with the atro-phex. Any suggestions?

The nutrition part is getting better. Becoming more conscious of what is available to eat that’s is healthy compared to other choices. Sunday’s cheat day wasn’t terrible either. Monday was super. Tuesday - a little different story. Did well until late evening. Now why did we need milk from the store and they had a counter sale on peanut butter cups in a bag. Let’s just say I didn’t stop at 2… Today is Wednesday - so far, so good…

After missing yesterday’s upper body workout, tried to do that and a cardio session. Got a little more winded that usual, but was able to finish the workout. Felt winded all day. Weather change in this area may be part of the issue. Hopefully back on reg. routine for Fri/Sat. Great eating day (w/exception of 8 chocolate kisses)!

Only messed up a few times over the course of the day (1 hot dog, 1/2 of a 1/2 square of choc cake - from daughter’s bd), 2 potato chips, 4 oatmeal cookies). Other than those, ate clean, healthy foods including fruits and vegetables, & 10 glasses of water. Didn’t do an a.m. workout today, but did get to gym in afternoon. It was a cardio day; did 40 minutes including some ab work, but didn’t seem as effective as usual. Hope to get to gym tomorrow a.m. and keep up eating better.

Filled out an insurance request today. After reviewing all the questions they ask, I remembered the real reason I began working out and trying to eat better: my health. It’s been easy to get caught up in the "wow" looks and the comments from friends, family, and stranger’s. But it’s time to get much more re-focused first toward better health and let the appearance be secondary. Speaking of re-focusing, I haven’t done cardio today. Guess I better be ’bout it and quit talking ’bout it! BSpacers: great weekend & be blessed!

Got in some workouts and cardio this week, not very strenous. Today, worked on some upper body and abs, little cardio. My cousin, who’s fairly built and been working out for awhile gave me some tips. Actually, what he showed me was less that what I usually do, but I let him go ahead and show me anyway (lol). 2 cardios and a free day coming! B-spacers - have a great weekend!

I got in 2 cardio workouts today, in addition to ab work! Not only beneficial, but it was good to get outside and do something instead of the gym. Hope the weather stays where I can finish this week off with more cardio. Let’s not discuss eating - not too bad, but not necessarily good, either. Stepping it up….

Got in a cardio session on Sunday to relieve a home stress situation. Felt good. Really want this next challenge to show more progress with weight loss. That includes better eating habits along with the training sessions. Knowing the holidays are in the next challenge will be challenging itself, but I plan to make a difference… The support from others on this site is much appreciated! Good luck to all on your goals!

I was unable to do cardio this week because of injury and work schedule. I can tell a difference also. Plan next week is to ramp up cardio for an entire week before beginning to lift again (or to lift moderately during this time along with the cardio. Challenge 8 starts Monday!

It felt great to get back to the gym after missing a couple of days. This is the last week of challenge 7 on BFL. Not a lot to write about. Just going to have seriously regroup, consider work schedule, and plan to eat better for the next challenge - diet/nutrition and restful sleep has not been good for awhle now. Thinking of taking a week off just to do cardio before beginning challenge 8. If any bodyspacers see any concern with this, holla…
