Body for Life - Week 10
I’m changing routine this week due to having to be out of town. I can get to a gym when out of town, but sometimes it’s a hassle before getting to where I need to be. Most hotels have some type of treadmill if not a weight room. Monday was upper body. Plan to do lower body today instead of cardio. Then do cardio on Wed/Thurs, and back to lower body on Friday when returning home. Any BFL posters see any concern with that change? Please share…
