No cardio this week…
I had all intentions of doing cardio as usual, but have only been able to lift this week, due to time and work. This is the last part of week 9, so guess I’ll have to throw in 3 cardio sessions between now and Sunday. Actually slept very good on Wednesday night. Maybe some repeat sessions of this will jumpstart progress again. Oh yeah, better eating would definitely jumpstart progress. Gotta get back on it the right way…
