Some progress…
Noticed that the inner thigh region has tightened up on each leg. Have been doing the inner thigh machine on lower body workout days. Glad to see progress because actually its only been part of my routine for a short time and not that often during this BFL challenge. On an alternate day workout this week, since no workout on labor day. This might actually be a good idea to change up days for workouts and cardio. So did an upper body today, instead of normal cardio session. Any ideas or suggestions always appreciated…
