Well, these last two weeks heave been F@#$ up!! Some chick sideswipped me in my truck and to top it all off she had no insurance. This chick did $4500 worth of damage to my baby!! I think I lost weight due to the stress of dealing with this crap. I haven’t really been in the gym and I have been cheating on my diet. I been stressed, I needed a burger to calm my nerves!! I was able to reach one of my goals but I’m not giving up just gonna stay focused and push on.

start of week 4

Okay so this is the start of week 4. I’m feeling pretty good about things. I’m continuing to drop weight and my strength is continuing to increase. I haven’t really cheated on my diet and I’m hitting the gym regularly. I just need to push myself a little hard as each day goes by. I shouldnt have a problem reaching that 300 mark by Oct.

Well this past week has been extremely busy for me. We are going through a ton of last minute changes at work. I’ve been working 10 to 13 hour days which hasnt left me alot of time to train. I’ve still been eating right hence the loss of weight. I still need to makeup for the lost time in the gym. It may take me a little longer to reach my goal but I’ll eventually get there.

Welcome!

Okay so I haven’t been totally honest with myself. I’ve obviously been holding back while in the gym. My max bench is alot higher then I anticipated. I guess its always better to have a training partner. I have pushed myself alot harder this week and surpassed most of my planned goals. Guess its time to step up!
