Well I figure I’ll make an attempt to log all of my workouts on here.
It’s my 4th or 5th day with SuperPump and I really wanted to test it out doing back/bi because you get the best pump in your bicep and forearms.
Wide grip chinups: 12/7/7(unassisted) then 1 assisted (40lbs) for 10
Lat Pulldowns: 90lbs|12 110lbs|10×3
Deadlifts (just starting so didn’t go heavy at all) 110lbs|10×3
Seated Hammer-Rows: 70lbs a side 10 90lbs|10×3
Alternating arm curls: 35lbs 10×3 | 30lbs 10×1
I didn’t notice a big strength difference using SuperPump like it says (I did on a leg day) but I really noticed the pump. My arms were a lot more vascular than normal when doing curls.

Well I am out of school now and hopefully if work doesn’t conflict I can start taking working out more seriously and go to the gym more often. I have to do some landscaping atm in my backyard since I just moved (just moving 200 or so 35lbs slabs) so I guess I’m getting somewhat of a workout. Once this is done I plan on hitting hard and I would like to gain 10-15lbs of muscle over the summer. I think I go back to school in september so there is my summer goal!

I took about a month off cuz of school and now i’m trying to get back into it. Did back/bi today and I got the best pump ever. I haven’t had one like that in a long time it felt so good. Not as good as Arnold says "it feels like cumming" haha but you know! I am on creatine now, i haven’t really noticed any difference in the way I look (water retention) maybe I need to drink more. Anyways I don’t really know what else to say in this so peaceeeee

Im writing this because I’m pissed off at the moment because I’m coding a Java program and I don’t know how to do it and it’s due at 11:59pm.
I’ve always been in good shape my whole life, but I’ve always been pretty skinny and lean too (I have like always had a 6 pack). I’ve gained around 15lbs so far in a few months and I plan to gain more but it’s really annoying how everyone assumes I am a super skinny kid with no muscle. I know I’m skinny (read: Lean) and If I have a shirt on everyone thinks I’m pinner and can’t lift anything at all. When I’m at work (grocery store) people can’t lift something and if I lift it they are like "whoa I didn’t think you could lift that." I mean its nice to know that now they don’t think you are a total wimp but still it annoys me how everyone assumes that I am weak. I know I’m not as strong as some and I’m not trying to sound cocky because I’m not. I am in a Computer Science course at school AND I wear glasses so I must be a 100lbs geek that is never been to the gym ( kind of like the guy form the Little Giants doing one arm pullups while standing on a chair). I’d like to just stand beside some of these people and compare how much better I look and how much stronger I am than them.

I really hate going to the gym and seeing people just stand around and talk. For example there is this one girl who I see very often who is in really good shape ( dont know how) because all she does is talk. One set talk for 10 minutes move to another exercise then another set and talk for another 10 minutes. I understand talking to someone for a minute to just say Hi but you could have left the gym in 1h instead of 2h. I don’t think I could ever wait 10 minutes between sets I wait 1 minute at most. I dont know why i posted this but i was just angry seeing all these people do dick all at the gym.

This is my first bodyblog so I don’t have much to day. Since i finished highschool I haven’t seen that many of my friends and lately i’ve been seeing a lot of them at the gym. We say our hi’s how are you’s and they immediatley say "Wow brendan you are gettin big". I love it when they say this I am grinning from ear to ear. I love getting compliments and it really keeps you motivated towards your goals. It tells me i’ve made progress which is good! Just thought i’d post something since i’ve never done it before and that’s all I can think of!
