Did back and biceps tonight after an 8 hour shift and still feel like I can go again. I dont know if Im really making much progress but everyone around me say’s they see a difference. Only time will tell. BEAR

Well I did my chest and triceps routine last night and boy do I feel great. My chest feels so full and my triceps still burn. Im loving it. Anyway no time to talk. Time to go to work.  BEAR

Finally feel my arms.

So I can finally move my arms again. Couldnt really do much for two days. Finally understand the whole use weight that you can control method. It makes plenty of sense now. Before I would go in a weightroom and find the heavyiest weight I could heave not anymore the pump that I felt afterward and the following day is so incredible. Well tonight after work it’s Chest and triceps. So i’ll see what comes of it. See you tomorrow .    BEAR

Okay so here we go?

Back at it today. Started taking Muscle Assylum Projects Altered State along with my arson and attacked some Back and Bi’s before crankin out some much needed cardio. Let me tell you I got some serious blood flow going today however, I also got a serious Altered state of mind after finishing my workout out I was dizzy and felt sick my body was so freakin hot and it felt like from head to toe I was breakin out which when I looked in the mirror I wasn’t . Im guessing that it’s just from me taking this medicine for the first time. Tomorrow is a new day. See ya tomorrow. BEAR

Day? Um I’ll go with the Eve of Day:1.

I gotta admit, Im going to have to restart this process I’ve had to many set backs to keep valuable track of my progress, I just got over bronchitis (not sure of correct spelling) Let me tell you something I usually get sick once or twice a year so when I do I get it bad, well this last one was no exception. I thought I was going to work through it. NEGATIVE! It put me down hard. Lower back cramps , tight chest, coughing, sneezing, heat and cold  flashes UGGGGHHHHHH! Im clad that’s over. So I’m about to add Muscle Assylum Projects Altered State to my program and join a gym as of tommorow so Im declaring today. The Eve of Day:1 Fresh start to new progress. Still going to post up progress pics on the 4th of September to gauge what I’ve done. See you Tomorrow.   BEAR

Day ? I Lost Track

August 23, 2009

I have to admit. I love family vacations but at the same time I can’t stand them. You tend to fall off from your routine. I went on vactation with my family for three days last week, I had already found what I thought was the nearest gym to the resort where I was staying, turns out it’s a fitness center with a stationary bike and 2 treadmills which is cool for the cardio portion of my workout. But I was left to do pushups, standing squats and all the other throwback spare the moment excersices that we do from time to time. Anyhow I get back from vacation and Im thrown into a 7day schedule at work which is physically taxing on me considering I worked 4 days went on vacation for 3 which I might add was no rest included and then come back to 7days straight. I stopped takin my supplements and vitamins and for the last two days have been sick as a dog. But tommorow is a brand new day and Im getting back into the saddle. It’s DO WORK TIME. DAY 6: IM BACK

I love and hate sundays all at the same time. I say that because It’s the one day that I take off but on the flip side of that it’s the one day that I take off. Oh well it’s monday and Im crankin out some cardio this morning. 45 MIN Treadmill, then I’ll beat up on the bag for a bit. Im trying not to do any major weights for the simple fact that I concentrating on loosing fat however, I know weights will help me get there sooooooooooooooooooooo. I gotta go it’s DO WORK TIME.

Day 5: Somethings Gotta Give!

So I woke up this morning took my serving of arson cut my hair and went for a 30min cardio workout including Jogging/Stairs. I need to learn how to run. I mean I can run but I cant figure out how to get a good rythm with my breathing and my footing just seems off my calves start burning within the first 10mins? So anyway I completed the workout and then had breakfast including boneless-skinless chicken breast, brown rice, and southwest corn with black beans. I gotta work evenings this week so, I’ll be craking out early workouts this week. See you tommorow.  BEAR

DAY 4: ? Gotta get a routine.

Well today was intense. I did a non stop barage of cardio/ circuit trainning followed by a mile and a half sprint/jog/walk. Im feeling worlds better than I did when I started. That Muscle Assylum Project is some potent stuff. I just need to get a routine in so I can alternate the Pit Workout with Weight training every other day so I can keep some muscle.
