Ever since I bought the Encyclopedia of Arnold, results have been incredible. Strength and muscle gains, I’m getting more and more ripped, all while not having to eat disgusting amounts of food. I’ve resorted to a balanced diet and I’ve never looked back to the old days of tons of supplements and "Bulking".
Job has slowed down a bit, but my mother has offered to help me with diet/gym requirements until things pick up again. Things keep going this decent I will no doubt be able to compete next year.
Thank you, Mr. Schwarzenegger.

Well, The Holidays are over, and so is the old school way of bulking. I’ve started the Mitotropin Program, I’m going to get totally shredded, and after the 30 days, I will follow Arnold Schwarzenegger’s advice and stay lean year-round. And concentrate on building muscle while staying as lean as possible/burning fat. I got a copy of the encyclopedia he wrote, so that will help me a lot. I will never "Bulk up" again, it’s not worth it, putting on even a little bit of fat totally kills my mood and only causes depression and irritability.

I feel sick, tired and sleep deprived. So it’s probably time for a break.

So far so good. The N.O X-Plode / Cellmass stack is working pretty good, I’m getting stronger and have made decent gains. Bodyfat has stayed at a pretty good low. I’m going to have to increase my food at this point though. Currently I’m somewhere in between 2,300/2,500 calories. I just got Gaspari Nutrition’s brand new Mitotropin, a 30 day contest prep fat burner, which I’ll be using for my cutting phase next year. The stuff looks amazing so far, It came with a manual with guidelines to how many carbs to include in the diet, and even details how to carb load properly on the last few days.
I’ve also decided to start making this whole thing my carreer next year. I want to be a personal trainer, and am even considering becoming a competitive bodybuilder/fitness model. All natural.
I need to find a better job though. This week I got barely any hours.
Hopefully things will keep going well.

Well, after 4 marvelous weeks of progress. My job has slowed down, which means I’m getting shit hours, which means I can no longer buy all the food needed for dieting, nor can I afford the supplements I need, which means so long dreams of having the perfect physique.
I hate this, I absolutely ****ing hate giving up.

Since I’m indefinitely staying at my gf’s house. I have decided to move my bench and all my free weights here, with my friend Adam’s help. I’ll start up a high protein and moderate carb diet. See where it takes me.
It’s time to get back up.
Note: Try my best to get my hands on a container of Volumaize.

Before it even really began. I cannot continue the rock hard challenge. I’ve lost my ability to eat so much. Issues at home have come up, and I can’t afford a gym membership anymore. I have 4 weeks left before it expires. After that I’m left with a bench, a bar, and random dumbells.
So much for that : /

Going pretty good so far!. My strength has already increased dramatically, and I feel great. All the food is making me feel great. Though my stomach is expanding a little, I’m putting up with it. I know when I diet down and get shredded on the 3rd/4th month, I’ll be fine.

My 3 month rock hard challenge starts tomorrow. I’m still a little scared, since there’s chance of gaining a little fat or water, since it is basically 2 months of bulking and then get ripped on the 3rd. The one thing that keeps pushing me is the fact that Christian Bale did the same. After 4 months of starving for the machinist. He spent months training and bulking up for Batman. This is severely close to my situation. Since I’ve spent 6 months dieting strictly to get skinnier, gotten heavily underweight, according to some people. And now since I’m doing Batman at next year’s conventions…I have to bulk up. I have exactly 6 months XD. I’ll be reporting my progress here daily/weekly. I’m going all natural too. I’ll just be using food, and a serving of cytogainer here and there.
My thanks to people such as Christian Bale and Brad Pitt for inspiration. And certain friends of mine who are cheering me on.
Wish me luck everyone.
