					<description>Hang in there it is very tough the first two weeks. I weght a whole lot more than you do, so stay motivated. This program works! I am on week 10 and It gets tougher and tougher. I stay motivated because of my friends on body space. I log on everyday before I train and get inspired from other peoples accomplishments. I want my story to be the next one they write about.
