Another hellish obstacle.

My girlfriend of two years broke up with me two days ago. And I’ve been stuck in hell ever since. The depression is so severe I hardly feel like moving at all. It’s hard to even sleep, and close to impossible to even get myself to eat anything. I feel nauseous and sick constantly. And pretty much everything, including life itself has lost it’s meaning.
I don’t know how much longer I can put up with this, I don’t think I’ve ever felt pain this severe. I’ve basically been living on Protein shakes in water, eggs and bits of meat. And that’s only because I’m forcing myself to eat that much. I can’t manage to stomach much more than that currently.

What on earth am I going to do.

"The overwhelming sense of power it gives me." That’s a direct quote from your profile man. I don’t about you but being in the gym is my escape… and i don’t think about anything else when im there. I hope you can find that as well. As far as eating goes, it seems that you’ve struggled with it before so just hang in there and do your best… remember that you need to eat for that explosive energy in the gym! And i hate to sound cliche, cause i know it won’t fix anything right now, but you’ve got plenty of time to find a woman. I don’t know what happened with you guys, but if it’s the end, then so be it. Get in the gym, get ripped up and find you an amazing fitness girl that you get along great with. The pain sucks, but try to use it in a positive way. Good luck bud. "This too shall pass."

When your down like this it always seems like it is impossible to get back up, but you will. Hang in there. Depression sucks. You don’t want to eat and when you do you barely can. Food just tastes so gross. Force yourself to eat. This will help speed up the healing process and make the depression go away faster. It’s so strange how our bodies react to depression. I’m soory to hear about you break-up. Force yourself to do something to take your mind off of it. Stay strong and hang in there- JT
