Suggestions please..
Can anyone suggest a great pre workout energy supplement? Lately I have NO energy whatsoever, and my workouts are obviously suffering. I used to take White Flood for a long time, and although I loved it, it doesn’t work for me anymore. Guess my body got used to it. Tried SuperPump before that.. but honestly, it didn’t even compare to White Flood. So I don’t know what to go with next..
Also a little update as far as progress goes.. Well, there isn’t any! I’m just stuck, and it’s still due to the fact that my diet is not as clean as it should be. I honestly don’t know why I struggle with food so much lately. I keep craving sugar, and I don’t even like sweets.
Anyway, wish I could update my progress pics (those have been up there for months now, and even I am sick of them), but unfortunately there is no progress.. so until that happens..

I used BSN N.O.-Xplode for a couple of months. I really liked it. But like you experienced with White Flood, it became less and less effective after about 6 weeks.

N.O. Xplode works great for me. I’ve been using it for months and it’s still pretty effective. I use it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 15 min. prior to workout.

NO Shotgun, Stacked Solo or with Synthesize. It makes you feel wierd, but you get in a tingly feeling when it starts to kick in.

NO XPLODE Is THE BEST I would say but the only thing is you have to cycle off like It recommends every so often
