Suggestions please..

Can anyone suggest a great pre workout energy supplement?  Lately I have NO energy whatsoever, and my workouts are obviously suffering.  I used to take White Flood for a long time, and although I loved it, it doesn’t work for me anymore.  Guess my body got used to it.  Tried SuperPump before that.. but honestly, it didn’t even compare to White Flood.  So I don’t know what to go with next..    
Also a little update as far as progress goes..  Well, there isn’t any!  I’m just stuck, and it’s still due to the fact that my diet is not as clean as it should be.  I honestly don’t know why I struggle with food so much lately.  I keep craving sugar, and I don’t even like sweets.  
Anyway, wish I could update my progress pics (those have been up there for months now, and even I am sick of them), but unfortunately there is no progress.. so until that happens..

Just a quick post to apologize for not getting back to some of your comments and messages.  I haven’t been too active on here lately, as I have some things going on at the moment.  So please forgive me.. :)  

I’m still training though.. but the diet is crap.  I start off good every day, but the late night cravings get to me, and before you know it.. i ate something bad.  Anyone have any tricks to dealing with those sneaky night cravings?

Oh and this is completely off topic (I’m random I know).. Any Mac experts out there?  My MacBook just decided it won’t turn on today.  Nothing happens when I press the power button.. it’s blank, silent.. dead.  I’m gonna be so mad if I loose everything I have on it.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing well..

I seem to have somehow strained my underarm area (right side) while doing shoulders the other day.  Well, I’m guessing it’s that, because there’s no other way I could have done it.  It’s the area right under the arm and kind of extending into the chest a little bit, and boy does it HURT.  The pain comes and goes.. even though with each day, it lasts longer and is more intense.   I sprained muscles before, but this one feels extra painful since it’s in such an odd spot.  I’m hoping this passes over really soon, since there’s no way I can pick up weights until it does.  Oh well, in the meantime.. I better hit the treadmill.  
In other news.. my diet is all over the place.  I don’t know how I ever managed to have it under control.  I just love food so damn much.  Or maybe I’m just afraid of going back on a strict diet because it used to stress me out so much.  All the calculating, all the planning on what to eat and when exactly to eat it..   Of course I had amazing results when it was in check, but it drove me insane.  I need to get back to eating right, but not let it consume my mind.  
Oh and what’s even worse is seeing my bf eat all kinds of crap and still have an amazing six pack.  I wanna be one of those people damn it!..

It’s been months since I tried to start this blog and it just wouldn’t work for some reason.. until TODAY!  2009 seems to be magical already! :) ~  Anyway, this won’t be much of a first post since I’m off to train. It’s my first week back from a looooong break, and I’m just so eager to shed that bit of fat I gained.  Can’t see my abs anymore.. NOT good!  Now lets see.. my last progress pics were taken sometime in September I think.. so I’ll give myself a month or two to get back to looking like that, and then I’ll post some more.  I gotta step it up with cardio, but I HATE it.. and the reason I do is because I always start feeling nauseous minutes into it.  Anyone knows why this could be?.. or how to prevent it from happening?  I know I’m well hydrated.. I drink my water religiously..  so that’s in check.  Does anyone else deal with this?  I’m talking about extreme nausea, and it only happens with cardio.  Let me know if you experience this yourself or if you have any ideas on how to possibly fix it..
