So just let me start with sayin I am extremely stoked that I got through todays workout with very minimal pain that didnt even show itself to the last two set of my very last exercise. Had know idea 5 pounds could make that big of difference. Dropped the weight 5lbs and upped the reps by three. Still got to failure and I was able to concentrate on the targeted muscle group instead of the pain. I like it. So we will see how that works out over the next few days and hopefully the tendon band I ordered will show up and that will help eliminate the pain entirely.
