So I keep finding excuses as to why I "can't" find the time to take care of myself or reach the goals that I thought I set. Stress= I start smoking again... not because I am weak and have not built a support/accountabilty system. Work= oh I work 55+ hours a week so I dont have time for the gym. School= I have that going on to so instead of making sure I find time for getting fit I sit on my ass, eat fast food, and bitch when the mirror looks like it does.
I really need some motivators and accountability partners. I work my ass off at everything else I do so why can't I keep my fitness goals on track as well?
