Back @ It... end of week one
So week one is under the belt. I feel real good about it. Day one sucked the big one. The gym had been re-arranged since the last time I was there so there was a lot of wasted time looking for my next exercise. Only got 6 of the nine exercises in that day. Today though it was a well oiled machine. Bang Bang Bang from one to the next. It feels good to know that with my limited time I can get everything in. Just like previously I slayed myself today. Have two days off might as well kill it! Havent had a smoke in 5 days either. Body is feeling really good about that and man I forgot how good some foods taste!>
Keep at it! Congrats on the not smoking, quitting was the hardest and best thing I've ever done. Hang in there :)
