ok tomorrow morning is my first time with a personal trainer, i joined a gym finally and worked out a deal so i have someone there to hold me accountable for everything i eat drink and do.
im going to put new pics up today and add new ones every 2 weeks. She is having me e-mail her everything i eat everyday to start with to make sure im eating enough and of the right things. so i will add my meals and workouts to my weight loss log in the forum. (which if you want to join and root me on feel free i need as many people behind me as i can get.

so i have done nothing. i say i will workout and want too but i always feel worthless afterward. i just don’t know how to beat this. i know enough to make a decent workout plan but my eatting is lacking. i know jack and crap about nutrition, so that just frustrates me even more. im going to go to the library this weekend and really sit down and write something up while im there and not leave till it happens.
there are just so many different calculations to find YOUR precise requirement and i don’t know them, that will be my toughest battle… wish me luck.

today is a highly motivating day! i feel like a highlander! im going to start a log with both my workout and how i feel each day motivation wise and health wise. maybe then i can see trends in my mood and motivation. im looking for the reason i always slump out of my plans.
if anyone has any ideas on how to improve my will power and any tips on staying on track i will take any and all help there is too offer.

ok this is it. After a very hard time over the last few months i can get back into the groove. My grandma has cancer and has been going through on average 1 major surgry a month…
I ask for any ones and everyones support and wisdom with both my grandma’s battle with cancer and my personal battle with the my waist line.

well, with the economy tanking, my job has gone with it. I got layed off yesterday right when i was starting to see results that motivated me more then i was already. its takeing alot of will power not to get discouraged and slump on anything ( fitness and job hunting) i am going to update all my stats and take another picture in the morning just to make sure 2 weeks from now i have not went down hill.

getting to your ideal body is not a race. it is more like…climbing mount everest. anyone can run a race ( win or lose ) but only the ones with the right mind set, will power, and patience can climb everest. i may not be strong, i may not be fit, i may not even be close to healthy. but you know what? i know i can be, in time. To me that gives me an advantage over alot of people who what things right away.
patience, determination, will power. those are the keys to everything worth while in life.

ok this is not a big deal to most people on here but i FINALLY got to what my chart says is "ideal" BF%. since Friday of last week i gained back 6lbs and lost 1% BF. just thought i would share that.

Phelps won his 8TH gold metal today. he is truly someone to look up too. Seeing him win 8 gold metal truly makes me feel as if i could do anything i put my mind too.

So far so good. Weight lifting 3 days a week (Mon, Weds, Fri) and doing HIIT 3 days a week (Tues, Thur, Sat) for about 15 minutes a day. Sunday is my free day. I feel great and always ready to go in the morning.
The people here at BBers are a HUGE help, no matter what road block i hit someone is there to help me get around it. Thanks to all of you!
