Ava Cowan, is a busy and dedicated fitness model, personal trainer, body builder and business owner.  In her “spare time”, she is preparing for the Figure Universe competition in June, 2009 and the WBFF World Championships in Sept. 2009.

Ms. Cowan has graced the covers of many magazines, including: Olympian’s News (Jan 2009), How to Get Lean (Mar 2009) and Fitness & Physique (2007), just to name a few.
